Exploring Life's Unfolding with Inquiry 

Living Inquiry is a form of inquiry that has evolved into a beautiful practice of living in deep awareness that includes everything — both dual and nondual — clear seeing.  After decades of practicing many treasured forms of inquiry, I’ve recognized that the inquiry isn’t about an answer to a question.  It’s not about an intellectual understanding. It’s really about noticing “what’s happening” in Life in the moment. 

Turn inward. Feel your heart beating. Feel the rhythm. Notice your breath. Breathing happening. See those plum and cherry blossoms! Feel the beauty that you feel inside you. And somewhere behind me are Lily of the Valley blossoms that remind me of the scent of linen. Ah yes, the mind comes in to help me label that. (smiling)

Beauty 

Our next Topic Inquiry is Beauty. This month feels perfect for exploring the multifaceted nature of beauty. It's not confined to physical things. There are so many ways beauty manifests for us to experience with every one of our senses.
